DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Agreement" means these Terms of Service and License Agreement.
1.2 "Services" means Axcels generative AI tools and platforms.
1.3 "Customer Content" means any content submitted to the Services.
1.4 "Derivative Works" means works based upon or using Customer Content.
- Section: Each page begins with a section, which serves as the container for all content within that portion of the page. Sections help to divide the page into distinct areas, making it easier to manage and style different parts of the layout.
- Padding: We apply padding to sections to ensure there is enough space between the content and the edges of the section. This padding helps improve the visual spacing and clarity of the design.
- Container: Inside the section, we add a container to center the content and maintain consistent alignment across all screen sizes. Containers ensure that content stays within a specified width, providing a clean and professional look.
- Wrapper: Wrappers are used within containers to group related elements and manage their layout. They help organize content and can be styled individually for greater flexibility and control over the design.
By following this structure, we create well-organized, responsive, and easily manageable Webflow layouts.

SERVICE LICENSE
2.1 Grant of License Subject to payment of fees, Axcels grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: (a) Access and use the Services (b) Create content using the Services (c) Download and use generated content
2.2 License Restrictions Customer shall not: (a) Reverse engineer the Services (b) Create competing services (c) Resell or redistribute the Services (d) Circumvent security measures
- Explore the Navigator: Use the Navigator to understand the hierarchy of sections, containers, and components.
- Customizing Styles: Head to the Style Panel to adjust fonts, colors, and spacing.
- Review Components: Familiarize yourself with each component and how it can be reused across pages.
CUSTOMER CONTENT RIGHTS AND LICENSES
3.1 Ownership (a) Customer retains ownership of Customer Content. (b) Axcels owns all Service improvements and Derivative Works directly resulting from the use of the Services. (c) AI models and training outputs are Axcels' exclusive property.
3.2 Content License Customer grants Axcels a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) Use Customer Content strictly for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services for the Customer. (b) Optionally train AI models using anonymized Customer Content, provided the Customer has not opted out of such usage. (c) Create derivative outputs directly related to the Customer's use of the Services, ensuring these outputs are not disclosed to third parties. (d) Store and process Customer Content only as required for providing the Services.
3.2.1 Opt-Out for AI Training Customers may choose to opt out of contributing their content to Axcels’ training datasets by notifying support@axcels.com
3.3 Public Data (a) Axcels may collect legally available public data from permissible sources. (b) Customer warrants ownership of their public data. (c) Collection will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and non-intrusive methods.

DATA PROTECTION
