Backed by Antler and Business Finland, the Helsinki-based startup introduces an AI-native solution to transform how technology SMEs communicate their value

MALTA, EU — Axcels, an AI marketing studio purpose-built for technology SMEs, today announced the official launch of its platform at the EU Startups Summit in Malta. Born from Antler’s NOR7/HEL2 incubation program and supported by Business Finland, Axcels delivers a multimodal AI solution designed to address one of the most pressing challenges in B2B tech: turning complex innovation into clear, compelling marketing content at scale.

The company was founded in Helsinki in November 2024 by three complementary co-founders—Ari Lampela, Abdul Osman, and Dr. Walid Aransa—who met during Antler’s incubation program. Each brought deep expertise from different domains: go-to-market leadership at Google Cloud, Aiven and IBM, serial entrepreneurship in software, and Ph.D.-level AI research with multiple patents. Their shared insight: tech SMEs around the world struggle to communicate their value effectively due to limited resources, increasing complexity, and the fast pace of product development.

Under Antler’s guidance, the team validated their thesis through more than 30 interviews with tech marketers and founders across Europe and North America. The result was a clear underserved market of over 210,000 tech SMEs globally, representing an addressable market of $2.1 billion, and growing at over 46% annually.

Early users have already validated a willingness to pay $10,000–$20,000 annually.
